The location on Telegraph Rd. seems to be the best all around for quality & service. Ribs, broasted chicken, cole slaw, cottage fries, garlic bread all good!! Sauce too!!

WE came in for lunch and meh... the place is outdated... the waitstaff would've walked out the door for a $5.00 (clearly didn't want to be here). The ribs were dry as a desert, and tough as shoe leather. They were covered in a sugary substance you could couldn't really call a BBQ sauce. The fries were cold, like someone had forgotten to reheat them. They certainly were not fresh. I don't think we will return.

I ordered the ribs and shrimp combo and I brought it home for my family. When I opened the box everything looked very good but I tried to bite into the garlic bread and it was hard as a rock. The potatoes were dry and hard as well. The ribs were not tender and very dry and hard. The shrimp was okay. I do not recommend this place to anyone. When I walked in to get my carry there was a man at the desk asking when a waitress was going to take his order. Very rude and bad employees

I've been eating at this place for a long time and the last time I was there eating food was terrible the fries seemed like they were left over from the day before complain they brought us fries within one minute complained again telling him the fries are no good and they were disgusting seems like they didn't care at all about what we had to say wouldn't even take care a part of the bill at all do not recommend bad customer service

We go to this location or the one on Northwestern Highway. They are open pretty late. They specialize in Broasted Chicken and Ribs. They have other stuff too like salads and sandwiches, but this place really cranks out a lot of Broasted and Ribs. They recently added Lamb and Beef ribs too and the cole slaw, salad and potatoes are all good. I take out from here pretty often and always seem to overdue it to the point of several days of leftovers.

This is old school bar b q. It is pretty good and they give you a lot of food. They have great thick toast and awesome Coleslaw. Not a little side of coleslaw, it is a big heaping side bowl of it. The boneyard Burger is 1 lb and very good. Good value too as you get the burger, slaw & lots of sliced fryed potatoes for under $7. I see a lot of ribs being ordered here and they are good but not my favorite place for ribs. The bone in chicken is very good too. You see lots of left over boxes leaving this place. No shortage of food here.

I've been to Bone Yard Grill on numerous occasions and find the food of good quality, the staff welcoming and the general atmosphere and lay out pleasant. I recommend the BBQ breast fillet, with Coleslaw and Potato Fries. I didn't find the food greasy, but tender and tasteful. Exactly what I wanted for a good price.

I've been to The Bone Yard once recently. I had the ribs, which I found dry and a bit tough. I wanted ribs that fell off the bone that were super tender with tangy zesty BBQ sauce, and that is not what I got. I don't know what style of BBQ these ribs were but they did not come with any sauce. The BBQ sauce that was brought to the table when I asked for it was runny and uninteresting. The fries were cut like thick potato chips and came out cold and too greasy. My dinning partner had some kind of Southwestern grilled chicken with cheese melted over it. I thought this sounded ordinary on the menu, but turned out to taste much better than the ribs. Also, that night the service was pretty slow even though it was not crowded. My mother likes getting the lamb ribs from The Bone Yard. But I've had a few as left overs and they are not as good as ones I had at E.G. Nick's when they used to be in West Bloomfield. Also, the decor gives it a very old-fuddy-duddy atmosphere. It looks like they haven't remodeled since the '70's. The retro look of the place isn't like a cool throwback either. It's mostly brown and pretty ugly. This is no place to bring a date you want to impress unless you're a serious old timer. I will not go back to The Bone Yard for ribs, but would go back and order something else if someone I was with really wanted to go there.
